If the future of Italy's ITA Airways becomes more distant from the Air France foldAnother key player in French tourism, Accor, is forging closer links with the Italian carrier. From 26 January next, their loyalty programmes will both offer a two-way conversion offer. All Reward points from Accor's All programme and ITA Airways' Volare programme will be easily transferable.
ALL members can, for example, convert 4,000 VOLARE points against 1,000 ALL Rewards pointsThese can be exchanged at hotels for free nights and upgrades, or for exclusive events developed around the Accor programme, including concerts, football matches and mobility services. Conversely, loyalty programme members who would like to take advantage of free flight tickets with ITA Airways can choose to convert their Rewards points into VOLARE points. The scale in this case is 4,000 ALL Rewards points for 5,000 Volare points.
Ultimately, this partnership will enable members of both programmes to benefit from a network of more than 51 routes served by ITA Airways and more than 5,300 Accor hotels and resorts worldwide, including 83 in Italy. " The introduction of this dual rewards programme will enable ALL - Accor Live Limitless members and VOLARE members to benefit from a richer value proposition combined with unrivalled services. The partnership with ALL will also give VOLARE members access to an ecosystem offering numerous opportunities to accumulate and redeem points" said Ian Di Tullio, Commercial Director of Accor Europe.
