Jacques Garcia at Lily Wang

Jean-Louis Costes and Régis Finot, a leading figure in the Asian restaurant scene for 30 years, are back at it again with the opening of the very Asian and trendy Lily Wang.

Set in a quiet avenue in the 7th arrondissement, the restaurant is appropriately decorated by Jacques Garcia and energetically managed by Patricia Finot. It boasts a beautiful space, and the decorator has always been free to draw on his aesthetic inspirations, giving priority to guest comfort and an intimate atmosphere.

But let's be clear: the cuisine inspired by Régis Finot is uncompromisingly good. Here, it has been revisited without being confusing, and offers its share of freshness: cep and foie gras soup; royal sea bream in banana leaf; chicken with chilli, lemongrass, ceps, garlic, black pepper and coriander as a side dish... Delicate desserts too. The Lily Khoi Salad's fruit cuts are breathtaking. This is a place to go in the evening, to take full advantage of the beautiful lighting.
And don't forget the terrace when the weather's nice. Valet parking.
