The new daily flights linking Amsterdam to Mumbai and Delhi will take off on 27 March 2016, and will be operated by Jet Airways' new latest-generation Airbus A330-300. The aircraft has 34 seats in 'Première', the airline's business class, and 259 seats in Economy Class. A daily flight between Amsterdam and Toronto is also on the Jet Airways schedule. The Indian airline is also awaiting government approval for its code-share agreement with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Delta Air Lines, which aims to offer optimum connections at Amsterdam airport to and from 30 European destinations, including Brussels, Berlin, Copenhagen, Munich, Madrid, Geneva and Vienna. This is an important step for Jet Airways in offering our customers a wider choice of destinations and the best possible connections," said Cramer Ball, Chief Executive Officer at Jet Airways. "Our two daily flights between Amsterdam and India will facilitate the growth of business and leisure tourism between the two countries," she added.
