The Hotel - Hidden treasure

Just a stone's throw from the Beaux-Arts, the haunt of Oscar Wilde and Frank Sinatra retains its German-Pratin charms intact, with its boudoir restaurant and elegant velvet-clad rooms.

In the kitchen, there's a real flavour of renewal with the arrival of the young and very promising Julien Montbabut, who has revitalised the menu with fresh and flavourful compositions. On the menu: red mullet delicately marinated and snacked; langoustines, pollack and calamari cooked paella-style and delicately seasoned with a saffron broth; cherries with a mousseline of raw and cooked pistachios and sorbet... All to be enjoyed under the Paris sky, in the heart of the magnificent patio.

Lunch menus at €42 and €52. A la carte around €90.
