Air Transat strengthens its presence in France. The scheduled carrier, which tends to focus on the leisure market, is present on seven French ports of call (Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Nice, Paris CDG and Toulouse). The company also operates scheduled flights to Brussels and Basel-Mulhouse.
During the summer, Paris-Roissy CDG is linked to five Canadian cities (Calgary, Quebec, Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal). However, only the Paris CDG-Montreal route is served all year round. This is now also the case for Lyon and Marseille. The two cities will benefit from 2 to 7 weekly flights, depending on the month, throughout the year.
In addition, services from Nantes will also be extended. Air Transat flights, which initially ended in the autumn, will operate until 13 January 2024. This will give travellers greater flexibility from the west of France.

The routes from the region's three airports are mainly operated with new-generation aircraft Airbus A321LR with a spacious cabin, a large two classes of service (Economy and Club). Both classes include an entertainment system and a USB socket for charging electronic devices.
