Launched at the end of last year in the United States, the Wyndham Group's Meetings Collection is now being exported around the world. As part of this expansion, this collection of hotels and resorts tailored to business events now includes more than 160 hotels. " Their teams are experts in delivering exceptional experiences and, with The Meetings Collection, Wyndham is making it easier than ever for organisers, particularly those booking two or more events at one or more hotels." said Carol Lynch, Senior Vice President, Global Sales for the American franchisor.

Organisers planning at least two events in these establishments will be entitled to a reduction of up to 5% in the total value of the meetingamong other advantages. Other benefits include flexibility on the number of participants without penalty, a dedicated sales team and a single point of contact for each event or a proposal for turnkey incentive activities, culinary competitions, excursions and, from a more CSR perspective, beach or town clean-ups. In addition, meeting planners will see their points doubled via Wyndham Rewards and go meet, the rewards programme dedicated to meeting organisers. All of which will enhance Wyndham Business, the suite of solutions designed for the MICE segment.
