DIY" ("Do It Yourself") is all the rage, including in the world of business travel. A year after Iberia, which innovated last summer with MyBagTagQatar Airways is importing the home baggage identification system to the Middle East. The My Q-Tag system allows passengers to go directly to the baggage drop-off counter at Doha's Hamad International Airport (HIA), after having printed their baggage label at home. A member of customer service will then collect the tagged baggage. Travellers can then reach the boarding area more quickly.
