New Accor complex in Moscow: three business addresses in 2015

Accor is to open three new hotels in Moscow between now and 2015 as part of a new complex near Kievskaya station in the city centre. The hotel group is thus confirming its ambitions in Russia and the region, where it aims to have fifty establishments by the end of 2016.

The result of a collaboration between Accor and Russian developer Patero, the new Moscow hotel complex is due to open its doors by the end of 2015, in the Kievskaya station district. It will include the Novotel Kievskaya (200 rooms), the ibis Kievskaya (350 rooms) and the Adagio Kievskaya (150 flats): in all, Accor will be adding 700 rooms to its Moscow portfolio. The French hotelier already has five addresses in the Russian capital, and by the end of 2013 will open another hotel complex - a project also carried out with Patero - featuring a Mercure hotel, an Ibis and an Adagio. In Russia, Moscow is the destination of choice for business travellers, and we are determined to offer our customers in this region a wide choice of accommodation of consistently high quality," points out Alexis Delaroff, Managing Director of Accor Russia and CIS. "Russia, the CIS and Georgia offer exceptional development opportunities due to the low penetration of international hotel brands in the region, growing investor interest and high tourism potential," adds Alexis Delaroff, who has set ambitious targets: to reach fifty hotels in the region by the end of 2016, with the possibility of doubling this figure in the following years.
