A new Wojo site inaugurated at Tolbiac

Wojo, the Accor group's coworking specialist, is to open its 14th site in Tolbiac, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

Wojo continues to weave its web, particularly at Paris in spaces popular with business customers. The newcomer to the coworking was set up at Tolbiac last March, but will be officially inaugurated in a few days' time. 8th July exactly. Evoking a "new flagshipWojo's managers describe it as "a world of practicality, design and ultra-connectivity with a very strong identity". This identity, that of the 13th arrondissement, was entrusted to the Tétris development agency, which was tasked with integrating and enhancing it within the new Wojo site.

The detached building housing this fourteenth Wojo site has Accenture, Carrefour, Natixis and the Station F start-up ecosystem as its neighbours. Within these nine floorsWojo has installed no fewer than 820 private office workstations and around a hundred coworking spaces, plus 40 parking spaces for cars and another 40 for two-wheelers. All overlooked by a rooftop with a 360-degree view.

The Wojo Tolbiac space boasts a capacity of more than 850 membersThese will include coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, catering facilities, a gym and more. 700 m² of terraces.
