On the occasion of the inauguration of the Paris-New York flight, Bjorn Tore Larsen, CEO of Norse Atlantic, warned: "Since the creation of the airline in March 2021, France has been a priority market and this daily flight is just the beginning! We have every intention of developing our operations in the French market over the coming years".

Since 26 March, Norse Atlantic is now officially a new option for business travellers on theParis-New York axis. Despite a turbulent social context, with repeated strikes, particularly in the French sky but also to United Kingdom or in GermanyNorse Atlantic has officially celebrated its first flight between CDG and JFK. Norse Atlantic CEO Bjorn Tore Larsen said: ". I'm delighted to be here with you today to inaugurate our very first flight between Paris and New York. Since the creation of the airline in March 2021, France has been a priority market, and this daily flight is just the beginning! We have every intention of expanding our operations in the French market over the next few years. ".

While we wait to find out more about Norse Atlantic Airways' ambitions for France, business travellers can now board Norse Atlantic Airways' Dreamliner of the carrier. The aircraft are configured in two travel classes, Economy and Premium, and take off from Paris-CDG at 7:45pm for New York at 10:00pm. On the return leg, the Norse Atlantic aircraft leaves JFK at 00:30 and arrives in Paris at 14:05.

Delta back in Nice

26 March was also chosen by Delta to strengthen the transatlantic axis, with another link between France and New York. This time it's Nice airport we're talking about, even if the resumption of the Nice-JFK flight no longer comes as a surprise to Côte d'Azur business travellers. In fact, this seasonal flight is back for the 31st year, making Delta the longest-serving American airline operating at Nice-Côte d'Azur airport. Delta is not resting on its laurels, however, as a new route is soon to be added to its Nice catalogue: the airline is preparing to link Nice-Côte d'Azur airport to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta. Starting on 13 May next.
