Spreading the aura of the eponymous New York palace around the world, the brand St. Regis will open its tenth hotel in the United States in Chicago this spring. This new establishment will carry Marriott's brand of luxury high, as it is housed in the third highest tower in the citydesigned by Jeanne Gang. This 365-metre, 101-storey skyscraper, originally known as the Vista Tower, is now called the St. Regis Chicago. A guarantee of excellence for this high-flying hotel, with 192 rooms and suites on its first floors, topped by almost 400 private residences designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates. An oasis of luxury offering guests and residents a host of services: restaurants and bars, butler, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, sky lounge with 360° views of the Windy City and Lake Michigan... AC Hotel and Moxy Downtown Los Angeles

Two hotels under one roof. Marriott is playing with combinations in the heart of "DTLA", Downtown Los Angeles. Participating in the revitalisation of the centre of the Californian metropolis, the American hotelier is establishing two of its brands in a new 37-storey tower: an AC Hotel with 347 rooms in a classic, top-of-the-range style, and a Marriott Hotel. Moxy 380 rooms, in a more lifestyle spirit.
