Paris : Bar Regency

We already loved its very British room, with its wood panelling, red leather armchairs and thick carpets. The good news is that this spring, the Regency bar is adding some ultra-vitamin offerings.

On the menu, the finest fish (sole, cod, halibut), but also a collection of six absolutely fresh salads, including the 'omega 3', which brings together rocket, smoked mackerel, royal jelly and soya sprouts, all dressed with a wheat germ oil vinaigrette.
Of course, you can also try the Regency's famous hamburgers!
