L'Toulouse-Blagnac airport got off to a flying start in September 2011, with traffic up sharply (+10.3 % to 622,930 passengers). Growth was mainly driven by the international network (+16.7 %), although domestic traffic also increased (+7.1 %). European routes made a particularly strong contribution to this traffic growth (+22.6 %), in particular routes to Rome (+72.3 %), Frankfurt (+35.4 %) and Amsterdam (+20.5 %).
