Qantas improves its service for business travellers

Australian carrier Qantas is extending its offer for business travellers by developing priority queuing for domestic flights.

Already operational at Perth airport, Qantas' 'express queuing' service will be rolled out at Australia's main airports from November onwards. Brisbane (on 28 November), followed by Sydney and Melbourne in the first half of December, will soon be offering an improved service for business customers, by reducing the waiting time for travellers. However, the service will be limited to domestic flights and reserved for business class travellers and members of the Qantas Platinum and Platinum One loyalty programmes.
