The IWG offensive on the French market, and in particular on the medium-sized city segment, is taking place in Grenoble. The inauguration of the Regus Le Spring space was celebrated there on 2 June, in the heart of the Europole business district. Christelle Dervahanian, Managing Director of IWG France, took the opportunity to reiterate the group's credo: " With the opening of this new site in Grenoble, our mission continues: to create a closer link between employment and the living environment, to serve today's needs. Grenoble, European Green Capital 2022 and a major scientific centre, is a city of the future and a strategic economic crossroads. By offering a modern, sustainable and inspiring place to work, we are helping local and international companies to make the transition to hybrid working. ".

Heralded as "an emblematic new site", the brand new Regus Grenoble Le Spring is strategically located just an 8-minute walk from the TGV train station, with easy access to trams, buses, the station and motorways. The new building now offers 51 private offices, 3 meeting rooms and a coworking space with 8 workstations. In total, the new Regus Grenoble address can accommodate up to 230 workstations and also boasts a 360° panoramic terrace with greenery on the 6th floor.
