The creation of the Rout'in joint venture by TotalEnergies and RATP Smart Systems is accompanied by the launch of a platform designed to simplify life for HR and employees. Its mission: " provide a pragmatic and concrete solution to the challenges of commuting, while supporting the transition to more sustainable forms of travel "As Guillaume Larroque, Senior Vice President, TotalEnergies Marketing & Services Europe, sums up.
Rout'in aims to centralise all home-work mobility schemes. Public transport season tickets, Sustainable Mobility Packages, transport allowances for fuel or electric vehicle recharging costs, mobility loans: everything is unified for optimised management.
In this way, employers can manage their mobility policy by adapting it to the realities on the ground and to the habits of their employees. Employees can access a personal payment card, financed by the employer, to pay for eligible journeys, without having to pay in advance, whatever the mode of transport. All this is accompanied by a mobile application to support employees on a daily basis, enabling them to check their balance, track their expenditure and, more generally, organise their journeys.
Olivier Baert, Managing Director of Rout'in: " We are proud of the creation of Rout'in, which enables us to offer companies a new digital solution for managing home-work mobility, based on the expertise of our two partners, with a clear ambition: to reinvent everyday mobility. ".
