The lifestyle brand Ruby Hotels is continuing to expand, with the announcement of two new hotels expected by 2023. Already boasting eight hotels based on the "lean luxury" concept of relaxed, affordable luxury, the German group plans to unveil seventeen new properties in Europe by that date.
While the German group founded by Michael Struck is already established in London since the beginning of the year, with the Ruby Lucy in the Soutbank district - which will be joined in 2022 by the Ruby Stella in the Clerkenwell district - the hotelier has already planned a third address. The future Ruby Zoe is due to open its doors in 2023 in the Notting Hill Gate district and will offer 173 rooms.
Also in 2023, the Group will move into the Stuttgart Das Gerber, with a venue combining a 150-key hotel and a 1,700 m² Ruby Workspaces co-working space with 190 workstations.
In parallel, at the end of 2021, Vienna will also see the expansion of the Ruby Lissi, which opened in 2017, with the addition of 64 rooms for long stay. Called 'Residents', they will be more spacious and equipped with a larger wardrobe, a small fridge and a coffee machine. Above all, they will have access to a kitchen, a lounge and a two-storey bar with a roof terrace.
