Seattle Tacoma joins the club of business destinations that have benefited from a renovation plan in recent months, including SingaporeLagos, Washington and London. " Last year we announced our £7 billion transformation programme and promised to improve the customer experience, both on the ground and in the air. "says Calum Laming. The British Airways Customer Director continues: " Our global network of 28 lounges in 20 airports all play an important role in our customers' journey, which is why we are committed to providing the best possible experience. Like our customers and colleagues, each lounge is unique. Customers can expect to see nods to our British heritage blended seamlessly with elements that celebrate the locality of the destination. We've worked with local designers, artists and suppliers from around the world to give each lounge its own British Original personality - and we can't wait to unveil more. ".
