On this last day of 2019, the SNCF expects to be able to operate half of all TGV traffic, with an average of 1 train in 2 on 31 December, and 1 train in 3 on the Ouigo network. The ratio will be the same on the TER network, with 5 trains out of 10 running, while SNCF expects 1 Intercités train out of 5 and 1 Transilien train out of 5. International business travel will be relatively unaffected on Tuesday, with the Eurostar network in particular expected to run almost normally, while Thalys is forecasting 2 trains out of 3, and Lyria 1 out of 3.
