The G7 taxi network is launching a loyalty programme aimed at business travellers who have taken out one of its subscriptions. Regular users will have access to various advantages in terms of upgrades, priority services and experiences.

G7 is turning to loyalty with the launch of an all-new new programmeto reward its most frequent customers. This new loyalty scheme complements the various offers fromsubscriptions already available, and whose members will be able to accumulate points according to the number of journeys they make each month. The programme is based on four statuses - Ivory, Silver, Gold and Platinium - and includes a "bleisureThis will cover both the professional and personal spheres. The status of each subscriber will be calculated on the basis of the number of journeys made during the previous twelve months, and renewed every quarter.

Just like the loyalty programmes offered by other players in the business travel sector, notably airlines and hoteliers, G7 intends to reward frequent travellers with a range of upgrade Club Affaires fleet (Mercedes S Class, Tesla Model S, BMW Serie 7, Audi A8...), or the free shopping for travellers' personal journeys. But the new programme also includes practical assistance services, such as 24-hour priority customer service or a dedicated service for the return of lost propertyand includes an 'experiential' component. The launch of this loyalty programme is part of a strategy to win back the market in the urban mobility made more competitive than ever with the cohabitation of taxis and VTCs. To consolidate its position, particularly with business customers, G7 has stepped up its investment in recent years, particularly in terms of connectivity on board its vehicles with the installation of WiFi and the provision of chargers, but also in the field of electric fleets or fleets accessible to people with reduced mobility.
