Initially scheduled over the Easter weekend, Brussels Airlines' inaugural flight to Toronto finally took place last Thursday. This new transatlantic route marks the airline's arrival in Canada, in a top business destination.
Brussels Airlines operates a total of five flights a week using Airbus A330 aircraft with two classes of travel. These flights will leave Brussels Airport in the morning (10:30), and take off from Toronto in the early evening (18:30).
In addition, the Belgian airline can rely on "close cooperation" with partners such as Air Canada and United, to offer business travellers a wide range of connections. European passengers can thus easily continue their journey in Canada (Ottawa, Edmonton, Halifax, Quebec, Vancouver, Montreal Metropolitan Airport and St John's) but also to the United States (Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Houston, Denver, Detroit, Seattle).
