Tribe: a new lifestyle brand for the Accor tribe

On Monday, Accor unveiled a new lifestyle brand called Tribe, the first representative of which is based in Perth, Australia.

How far will Accor in expanding its portfolio? Already well established with the acquisition of 14 new brands 2018 alone will see the addition of a new in-house brand: Tribe. The concept unveiled on 4 March by the French hotel group is already taking shape in Australia, with a 126 rooms inaugurated at Perth. In Europe, Glasgow seems to be the first destination chosen, with an inauguration scheduled for this year.

As for the Tribe brand's roadmap, two key dates have already been set: between now and 2022A further ten Tribe hotels are due to open - for a total of 1,700 rooms, and by 2030 150 destinations will be home to the 'tribe'.
