Two new strikes in January at Iberia

Iberia will start 2012 with a new strike: the Spanish airline's pilots will disrupt flights on 9 and 11 January.

Already affected by two strike actions After successive strikes at the end of 2011 - on 18 and 29 December - Iberia will once again be faced with the discontent of its pilots, starting in January. Worried about the impact on jobs of the launch of a new low-cost airline, Iberia Express, the pilots will be on strike on 9 and 11 January. The last two days of strikes forced Iberia to cancel more than a third of its flights.
