The brand new United Polaris show opens its doors in Newark on 4 June. The new United Polaris lounge covers more than 2,500 m² and seats no fewer than 455 people. The chef has created a menu of varied flavours, tinged with local culture. A buffet will also be available for passengers in a hurry.. It will be serving bagels, sandwiches and wraps. Spirits will also be on the menu, United Polaris offers a bar with several specialities such as the United Polaris Star cocktail, made with aniseed-flavoured vodka, or the Fernet About It, a variation on Cuba Libre.

This new lounge echoes the United Polaris range unveiled in June 2016 by the company, which explained at the time that it wanted to focus on travellers' quality of sleep. This business cabin features spacious lie-flat seats with Saks Fifth Avenue sheets and cooled gel pillows.
