The SAFE V label initiated by Viparis is based on five principles : general measures such as the appointment of a Covid manager for each site, as well as specific commitments from the management committee regarding follow-up; measures taken on the sites, such as the development of cleaning plans and the organisation of deliveries adapted to each area (entrances, rest areas, toilets, etc.), in addition to rules of conduct in the event of a suspected Covid problem) in addition to rules of conduct in the event of suspicion of Covid-19; measures concerning Viparis employees, including the implementation of barrier measures, the provision and verification of the wearing of PPE, the cleaning and disinfection of premises, all reinforced by training; measures concerning service providers, with the creation of a charter; and finally measures concerning organisers and exhibitors, with the organisation of co-activity, the definition of appropriate procedures and the counting and filtering of visitors.
