The inauguration of the first address Yotel at Greece is scheduled for the end of 2026. And it's the long-stay concept YotelPad which will have the honour of making its debut in a promising market for the brand. In total, the future YotelPad Athens will have 113 keys. These will be spread across three distinct sites: Miltiadou, Iras and Peiraios, the Yotel epicentre in Athens. Each of the buildings will feature the fundamentals of the long-stay brand, including Mission Control, Grab+Go, Wash+Go and fully-equipped gyms. The Peiraios site, due to open in Omonoia, will also feature a rooftop with panoramic views over the rooftops of Athens.
Yotel's arrival in Greece will be supported by a partnership with Valpre Capitalthe London-based investment manager behind the project. Ahmad Hariri, its managing partner, explains: " We see Athens as a truly global destination with untapped potential in the extended stay market.
