Air France has just given some details of the new features of the 2024 summer timetable, which will come into force at the end of March 2024.
In the summer of 2024, the national carrier's medium-haul network will be expanded to include 3 new destinations :
– Verona, up to 3 flights a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 2 April 2024 in an Embraer 190.
– Narvikgateway to the Lofoten Islands (Norway): 1 flight per week every Saturday from 15 June to 31 August 2024 by Airbus A319,
– Kalamata (Greece) : 1 flight per week every Saturday from 6 July to 31 August 2024 by Airbus A319.
Air France will also be extending services to Tromsø (Norway) during the summer season.until now only operated in winter. The programme now includes up to two flights a week from Paris-Charles de Gaulle by Airbus A319.
Minneapolis served by Air France
On the long-haul network, Air France to resume service to Minneapolis on 13 May (Minnesota, USA) with its own aircraft. This flight will be operated by Delta in summer 2023. Air Linespartner ofAir France. A Boeing 787-9 will fly daily on this route.
Still in the United States, Air France to continue operating the Paris-Raleigh Durham route (North Carolina), inaugurated in winter 2023. With a planned increase in frequencies over the summer of 2024, the airline will offer up to 7 weekly flights (compared with 3 this winter) by Airbus A350-900.
Air France will offer 23 destinations in North America next summerAtlanta, Boston, Cancun, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Miami, Montreal, Minneapolis, New York JFK, New York Newark, Ottawa, Quebec City, Raleigh Durham, San Francisco, Toronto, Seattle, Vancouver and Washington DC.
And finally.., Air France to continue operating its Paris-Abu Dhabi flightinaugurated this winter. During the summer season, the airline will offer a daily flight by Airbus A350-900.
