The new Delta One Lounge was inaugurated by the American airline in Concourse E at Boston Logan airport. It covers an area of more than 600 m², and completes the range offered by the Delta Sky Club adjacent. It allows eligible passengers to enjoy top-of-the-range facilities, including soundproofed cabins and shower cubicles.
Delta's third lounge in Boston therefore complements the neighbouring Club, but its trump card lies elsewhere: the Delta One Lounge focuses above all on the gastronomy to attract and retain business travellers. The company has entrusted the keys to the new lounge to chef Ed Brown to feed passengers before their flight, with the promise of a menu straight from the dock to the plate. Those in charge of the project are particularly ambitious about their new table, to the point of daring to declare: " Boston's hottest new eatery could well be the new Delta One Lounge, with a seafood-heavy menu in keeping with the nautical theme ".
