How does Paris appeal to business customers?
Christian Mantei - When it comes to business meetings, Paris - and indeed the whole of France - can boast a highly diversified range of services. And that's one of its major assets. This offer includes the discovery of a wide range of landscapes and activities, French gastronomy and its terroirs, as well as the possibility of offering event organisers unique venues, all of which bear witness to the identity, history and cultural dynamism of our country.

Why choose France to organise an event?
C. M. - The richness and renown of our heritage and its availability are the strengths of the French business tourism offering. It meets the expectations of international clients who are always on the lookout for out-of-the-ordinary places. For them, France is often synonymous with top-of-the-range services. It is the prestige of the destination that they are seeking to enhance by organising an event in a unique location.

Does French supply match demand?
C. M. - More and more venues are realising the potential of hosting professional events. Museums, galleries, châteaux and other atypical venues that were previously inaccessible to event organisers are now offering adapted products. Within Atout France, for example, the Heritage and Cultures Club and its 52 members are working closely with the French Club for Incoming Business Tourism. The aim is to promote these prestigious cultural venues to event organisers.
