The Reunionese company Air Austral continues its commitment to offering its passengers an ever more refined and authentic travel experience. With its exceptional gastronomy, prestigious wine selection and revamped comfort, the airline is unveiling its new Club Austral and Comfort Class services.
Kevene Marimoutou's culinary signature for the Austral Club Class
Revealed last year as Air Austral Signature Chef, Kevene Marimoutou now signs all the dishes offered since 1 January.er September. Until now, the Chef has only been responsible for one of the four dishes offered on board. Kevene Marimoutou's blend of fine cuisine and local flavours brings out the best in Réunion's produce and takes passengers' taste buds on a voyage of discovery.
These exclusive creations will be available on flights from La Réunion to Paris and Bangkok. There are now 10 new dishes featuring the flavours of La RéunionKevene Marimoutou is offering a range of new products in addition to the 4 already on offer.
Examples include a vanilla chicken carryover, corn rice and Chinese cabbage brèdes; a swordfish steak with spicy ginger ketchup and lemon gel, Darphin potatoes and fricasseed bok choy brèdes; or a duck breast marinated in galabé syrup, mushroom polenta and sweet and sour chilli peppers.
On the ground, passengers with access to the passengers in the Air Austral lounge at Saint-Denis de la Réunion airport will be able to enjoy Signature. Available in four colours depending on the month, these elegant kits include ear plugs, a night mask, a bamboo toothbrush, a pair of socks and a refreshing wipe.
