" We've still got some great years ahead of us ". Laurent Gabard's message is resolutely optimistic. In a interview recently given to Voyages d'AffairesRejolt's Managing Director was confident in the platform's ability to meet the needs of the French - and soon the European - event organisation market. But to ensure that the near future is one of growth, we need to anticipate and imagine what tomorrow's MICE will look like. Hence the publication on the evening of 6 November of the Rejolt / Peclers trend book, devoted to the "Future of the Experiential". " Our aim is to guide our customers so that they can create the event that suits them, depending on their identity, their situation and the type of employees they are addressing.explains Mickaël Hadjadj. For the founder of Rejolt, " The aim is not to provide ready-made recipes, but to open up new horizons. ".

This second edition of the trend report was unveiled at a prestigious venue on the cultural and MICE scene: the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. It's sure to leave a lasting impression, which is one of the report's key recommendations. In fact, of the 500 professionals questioned by Peclers Paris, only 35% remember a memorable event. However, 2/3 of those surveyed would like to take part in as many or even more events. The driving force behind this is the possibility of strengthening the bond between colleagues (79%), rewarding efforts (72%), but also taking care of their emotional well-being (59%).

In this 2025 vintage unveiled by Rejolt and Peclers Paris, four trends were highlighted: collective individuality, active benevolence, imagining differently and joyful curiosity. These trends are also supported by figures. For example, for the first time this year, the balance between personal and professional life was ranked ahead of pay (83% versus 82%) as a major criterion. " That's why the corporate event must become a space for regeneration and connection with others. "says Mickaël Hadjadj.

Esummed up Rejolt's founder: " These results show that the event needs to evolve in depth, it must move from a top-down approach to a genuine rallying function, while taking care of each individual. How do we do this? By integrating societal trends and adapting them to the professional world. It is to identify these underlying trends that we are offering, for the second year, the trend book we have produced with Peclers Paris".
