The new iPhone application launched by Europcar on Tuesday 14 February provides access to the car rental company's reservation system, as well as current promotions, detailed rates and the ability to order additional options. Reservations made from the traveller's smartphone are then confirmed instantly by email or text message. The application is available in French, and covers a total of 150 countries. "The launch of the Europcar app is part of our commitment to adapting to new technologies and the ever-changing needs of our customers," says Ken McCall, Managing Director of Europcar in the UK.
