The airline ticket search option launched by Google in September 2011 - which marked the Internet giant's arrival in the world of travel, prior to the launch of Hotel Finder - is taking on a new dimension with a new mobile version. Google Flight Search can now be accessed from the search engine on Apple and Android devices, enabling travellers to search from their smartphone, with the same options: filter by price, airline or flight duration, cheapest dates, and display of results on a map. For the time being, this service is reserved for US customers, pending its launch in Europe.
