Business travellers in the South of France can now benefit from a wider range of multimodal services: on 23 February, Air France and SNCF announced that the Avignon and Valence TGV stations have been added to the TGVair service offered by the French airline. The two partners are offering easier connections to and from the two stations, thanks to a single ticket and booking. The TGVair partnership also provides for assistance in the event of delays to either of the two modes of transport combined, air or TGV.
Avignon TGV is now linked to Roissy Charles de Gaulle 4 to 5 times a day, with departures at 7.15am, 9.51am, 1.51pm and 6.52pm and returns at 8.30am, 9.58am, 1.58pm, 4.58pm and 7.28pm. Valence TGV is served four times a day, with departures at 8.20am, 10.49am, 2.16pm and 7.16pm and returns at 7.24am, 9.58am, 4.28pm and 7.28pm.
