The partnership signed between Worldhotels and StarCite was made official on 7 March. It will enable the independent hotel chain to increase the visibility of its establishments among professional MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) clients, as confirmed by Paulo Salvador. In a press release, Worldhotels' Vice President EMEA said: "The group business travel sector is an important source of revenue for our hotels, and StarCite's online platform is a major lever for taking our meetings segment to the next level. For its part, the specialist in meeting organisation technologies intends to expand its portfolio of suppliers on an international scale.
