Air France goes Chinese for business customers

Air France recently launched a new corporate website. Its special feature is that it is available in Chinese, in order to win the favour of travellers from the Middle Kingdom.

The new corporate website launched by Air France is accessible in both simplified and traditional Chinese. More than a hundred pages are available to the airline's business customers, including a map of the Air France-KLM network identifying their Chinese partners. The Franco-Dutch carrier says it is the first in Europe to take such a step. "By reaching out directly to its Chinese customers, Air France is once again demonstrating its interest in developing its relations with this world economic power", says Adeline Challon-Kemoun, Head of Communications at Air France.
