Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Toulouse airports, like most other major European hubs, are now offering a smartphone check-in service. The extension of the mobile service means that passengers no longer have to go to the check-in counter: the boarding pass is sent directly to their phone, but baggage check-in involves dropping it off at the dedicated counter before the deadline. The service is available on the entire Apple range - iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad - as well as on the Android platform.
