Following in the footsteps of Delta, JAL and ANA, Cebu Pacific has set its sights on in-flight connectivity. The Philippines-based airline will be equipping its Airbus A330s with the OnAir service from mid-2013. Several European destinations are expected to benefit from this new service, which will then be extended to the A320 fleet for short-haul flights. Business travellers will be able to use their personal mobile devices - Android, Apple and Blackberry - to access their email and surf the Internet, as well as make in-flight calls - a feature that has been the subject of debate among passengers.
