There's no denying that the day-to-day life of a business traveller is not a relaxing one. And there is no shortage of sources of stress. The Carlson Wagonlit Travel business travel agency (CWT) therefore set out to identify and analyse the fears of nomadic professionals, including those at the very top of the hierarchy or in terms of experience. 6,000 business travellers from 9 global companies were put through their paces by CWT, which has now published its findings. Lost luggage (79%), lack of Internet connection (77%) and a medium or even long-haul flight in economy class (73%) unsurprisingly top the list of the 33 greatest anxieties listed by CWT. The geopolitical context (51%), jet lag (49%) and fear of flying (23%) only appear in the second half of the table.
