The report published by FlightStats ranks airlines each month according to their punctuality, considering a flight to be on time if it is no more than 15 minutes behind schedule. This was the case in an average of 81.94% of cases last month among the major international airlines, a very slight increase on October (81.90%). With an average of 93.29%, Finnair tops the table ahead of EasyJet (92.76%) and Gulf Air (91.94%). It should be noted that European airlines monopolise the FlightStats top 10, with the exception of Gulf Air and Japan Airlines (88.65%) in 10th position. Despite a significant improvement in its punctuality results - 85.88% in November compared with 79.86% in October - Air France is still in the second half of the ranking, with KLM still representing the group in 7th position (89.35%).
