AccorHotels strengthens Concur's TripLink ecosystem

On Wednesday, Concur announced that AccorHotels has joined the TripLink ecosystem as a major new partner.

Concur continues to weave its web around TripLink: after making it official the integration of CaptainTrain and Business Table At last September's Fusion event, the expense management specialist strengthened its offering in the hotel sector. Concur has even taken a major step forward with the official signing of a partnership with AccorHotels, which will enable business travellers to book directly on the hotel group's websites, while at the same time making it possible to track these bookings and thus gain greater visibility. TripLink recovers data that could previously have escaped the company's channels, thereby facilitating its reporting and improving its negotiation capabilities. "This partnership with AccorHotels marks a major step forward in the development of the TripLink solution and its benefits for our customers outside North America, particularly in Europe and Australia," says Tim MacDonald, Executive Vice President Travel at Concur. "TripLink retrieves data related to expenses and reservations even if these were made outside the traditional channels.
