Renovation of the Mercure Lyon Centre Château Perrache hotel, the fruit of an investment of several million euros, began in January 2015, and culminated in its reopening last June. Yann le Coadic and Alessandro Scotto, architects from the lecoadic-scotto studio, took charge of the makeover, with a particular emphasis on an "art nouveau" approach. The four-star establishment now has a total of 120 rooms, 73 of which have been completely renovated, and 47 others redecorated in a more classical style. The hotel also has 800 m² of meeting rooms, spread over 2 floors in 12 modular lounges and a boardroom.
