Baggage delivery, a new Air France service

In partnership with Alltheway, Air France is adding a baggage delivery service on arrival, after arranging for baggage to be collected from the hotel or home on departure.

Air France and Alltheway are extending their baggage drop-off and delivery solutions in the Paris region, so you can leave the airport without worrying about collecting your baggage, go straight to the office or to an appointment in Paris, and collect your bags later at the hotel or at home. A logical next step of the service offered by the airline to its passengers departing from, and now arriving at, Paris CDG.

Launched in June 2023 with the drop-off of luggage in Accor group hotels and Viparis conference venues, with Alltheway's agents taking charge of transporting them to the airport and placing them in the hold. home luggage check-inbetween 30 hours and 6 hours before take-off. And not just for flights departing from Roissy, but also from Paris Orly, with the exception of flights to Tel Aviv.

From now on, Air France passengers can use this optional service on arrivalfor all flights operated by Air France at Paris-CDG. For a fee of 65 euros for two pieces of baggage delivered, plus 15 euros for each additional piece, the baggage will be collected from the conveyor belt by Alltheway, then delivered to the customer's home or the address of their choice. The service is available in Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val de Marne. Delivery is announced between 6 and 12 hours after landing, and customers can track the progress of their baggage at every stage of the journey in their Alltheway online space.

Another new feature, this time concerning departures, new baggage drop-off points are now available, in addition to the six Accor hotels - the Novotel Tour Eiffel, Les Halles and Paris-Est, the Pullman La Défense and Bercy and the Mercure Tour Eiffel - and three Viparis venues, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the Parc des Expositions Villepinte and the Palais des Congrès. Travellers can now also leave their luggage with the concierge service at Gare du Nord, the Wojo coworking space near Gare Saint-Lazare and the New York hotel at Disneyland Paris. The service is available from 30 hours to 5 hours before flight departure, depending on the location, and costs from €25 for one item of baggage, rising to €15 for each additional item.
