Accor has overhauled its range of frequent flyer cards, which previously included the Business Plus, ibis Business and Accor Plus cards for the Asia-Pacific region. All these cards will be phased out in favour of new ones, the names of which will be linked to the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme. The following new cards have been created the ALL PLUS Voyageur cardcovering the Group's 19 brands at a price of €199/year, and the ALL PLUS ibis cardFor €99/year, it is available only on ibis, ibis Styles and ibis budget.
As in previous years, the main advantage of these passes is that they offer hotel discounts to their subscribers. ALL PLUS Voyageur members will benefit froma discount of 20% in 10 Luxury & Premium brands and 15% in 9 Mid-range & Economy brands. These are higher discounts than before, with the Business Plus offer offering discounts of up to 15% on weekdays and up to 20% at weekends. For their part, ibis ALL PLUS cardholders will enjoy 15% of discount in the ibis family of brands. Previously, these discounts were -10% on flexible rates booked directly and -5% on non-flexible rates.
In addition, ALL PLUS cards offer the guarantee of being able to book a room up to 2 days before arrivaleven if the hotel is fully booked. This is a significant advantage, given that a third of business stays are booked between 2 and 7 days in advance. Last but not least, these membership cards will act as an accelerator within the loyalty programme, since ALL PLUS members will at least have Silver status. Further benefits are expected to be added to these subscription packages, with full details of the programme available online from 22 March.
" Simpler, stronger and better integrated with the loyalty programme, the ALL PLUS offer gives companies of all sizes, friends, couples and families the best way to enjoy 4,000 properties in 100 countries" says Maxime Gareau, Vice-President of Global Membership Subscription for the French group. " These cards give you access to our best hotel brands at the best price by booking on ALL.com or the ALL app.said Mehdi HemiciManaging Director of Loyalty and E-Commerce at Accor. We wanted to create regional subscription products that would appeal to today's travellers."
Accor had preceded this global overhaul with the launch of thetailor-made ALL PLUS China and ALL Signature subscriptions in Brazilprogramme. Accor Plus cards, which are still available in Asia-Pacific, will be integrated into the ALL PLUS family in 2024.
