The Android system is about to take on a new dimension: Boeing has just announced that the platform developed by Google for smartphones will soon be equipping the tablets offered to passengers on the 787 Dreamliner. Their mission: to keep passengers entertained during their flight. All 254 seats on the aircraft will be equipped with the system manufactured by Thales and Panasonic, including in economy class. This entertainment system will feature screens ranging from 7 to 17 inches, equipped with a USB port to enable business travellers to recharge their equipment.
