Black Eyed Peas, Kool and the Gang, Kassav', Stephan Eicher: these big names on the music scene are not on their first tour. The only difference is that their upcoming tour includes a brand new stop: the Arena Les Sables d'Olonne. In addition to the international stars, this new event venue will soon be welcoming MICE clients to a new XXL showcase. Those in charge of the project are already promising " an immersive MICE experience with a change of scenery and high added valuea combination of performance, inspiration and conviviality, in an exceptional, perfectly connected natural environment. ".

The story of this 25-hectare event park - and the festivities that go with it - will kick off on 29 June. To mark the occasion, a concert by the Black Eyed Peas will set the tone for this new event spot. L'Arena Forum will then open its doors in the form of an outdoor space, a multi-purpose event area that can accommodate up to 20,000 people: 17,500 in the pit and 2,500 seated in the grandstand.

The second page of this new story will be written in August with theArena Stadium. As its name suggests, this time it will be a covered - and modular - stadium with between 2,000 and 3,600 seats. The managers of the Arena Les Sables d'Olonne are making no secret of their ambitions with this new stadium: they are aiming to host top-level sporting events, including Euroleague basketball matches and MMA fights. Two more inaugurations in 2026 for an "event city".

The other two building blocks of the project will wait 2026. L'Arena Théâtre is due to open next spring, and will be used for cultural and artistic events. The capacity of the hall will be between 2,000 and 4,000 spectators. Audiences will benefit from top-of-the-range, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. As with all the Arena's facilities, this future theatre will be very flexible: a modular stage will allow it to open out onto the surrounding area.Arena Agorawhich is also due to open in 2026. Coupled with the Arena Théâtre, this outdoor green theatre should, according to Arena management, guarantee " an immersive, evolving experience, ideal for concerts, ballets, plays and shows, conventions or corporate events ". The Agora will be able to accommodate events of up to 3,000 people, either seated or standing. As for the "ancillary infrastructure" - multi-sports hall, gymnastics hall, climbing wall, boxing hall - this is designed to position the Arena to meet the demands associated with the "new millennium". team building.
