As part of the drive to streamline your meetings and events budget, Bird Office had made a name for itself by simplifying the rental of spaces and organising professional events. Today, the start-up, which has 7,000 business users, is going one step further by launching a dedicated offering for ETIs and large groups, which has been trialled over the last few months with a number of major customers such as La Banque Postale and BPCE.

"It all started with the observation that sometimes several dozen people in the same company book rooms on the bird office site without consulting or even knowing each other.explains Arnaud Katz, co-founder and CEO of Bird Office. We were then asked by a number of major groups to understand what all these training courses, meetings, seminars and other professional events outside the company represented, so we were able to create an offer that corresponded exactly to their needs. what our customers have always been looking for."

Companies now have access to a global offer with a single invoice for all their business events of any size, from one-to-one meetings lasting a few hours to residential seminars lasting several days. In practice, organisers are no longer obliged to pay at the end of each booking for one or other of the 6,500 rooms available for hire on the Bird Office website. The system recognises the email address - which has been validated by the company beforehand - and the order form is integrated directly into SAP. At the same time, a single invoice is sent to the company each month.

For users, this new offering means greater freedom and simplicity, as there is no need to pre-validate the order, and for buyers, it means that their orders can be placed quickly and easily. greater visibility on all bookings and expenses. "The reporting we offer our customers enables them to understand which business units are spending what and to track their movements, for better analysis and control of expenditure, says Arnaud Katz. What's more, by simply configuring the booking tool, you can comply with your company's purchasing policy."
