CWT overhauls its booking functions

Of course, this is not the not all-out bookings in the business travel sector... But we also have to prepare for the future, and CWT has been working to improve the booking experience for its travellers. The business travel agency has worked on this issue, adopting a multi-pronged approach. Clearly, mobile professionals can now book their flight and theirhotel not only via their company's usual online booking operator, but also online, via the mobile application, by e-mail, by telephone or via the mailbox of the TMC.

The launch, announced in mid-March, follows a phase of four-month testconducted with eleven customers. The trial was visibly satisfactory, with CWT managers stressing the importance of smooth user experienceand therefore respect for travel policy which results: " The positive response to this easy-to-use, self-service booking channel, which has been rapidly adopted by travellers, has far exceeded our expectations. "says Niklas Andreen, CWT's Chief Traveler Experience Officer. He adds: " It is also interesting to note that we saw an increase in hotel bookings in line with the travel policy, probably because travellers were able to book all the services for their trip in the same place.
