Two new business destinations in Nantes for Transavia

At the end of October, Transavia will be inaugurating two new routes from Nantes airport, to Geneva and Istanbul. The airline, which will be the only one on the Nantes-Turkey route, should attract business customers.

L'attractiveness of Nantes continues to grow, particularly for Transavia which is increasing the number of routes it opens there. Almost ten years after the inauguration of its Nantes base, the carrier will soon be serving 29 destinations to 14 countries. Next autumn, Transavia will be inaugurating two new routes to top business destinations. The 27 Octoberthe Air France KLM Group airline will be setting off to Geneva before taking off for Istanbul a few days later, on 31 October. These two new flights, operated twice a week from NantesThese new services should prove very popular with business travellers, especially as Transavia will be the only airline to offer direct, scheduled flights to Turkey from Nantes airport.

Transavia, which passed the 3 million passengers transported to and from its base in Nantes, has installed two new aircraft, bringing the total number of seats available for sale to one million on some 5,500 flights in 2019.
