DOSSIER - New York: Manhattan transfer

The ups and downs of the last ten years do not seem to have dampened the spirits of New Yorkers. The economic climate, uncertain to say the least, has even brought a wind of diversification to the megalopolis. New technologies, innovation and creativity are now roaming the streets as fast as the green wave is breaking over the tarmac. Because by 2030, New York will probably not only be the new American Silicon Valley, but also the most ecologically correct megalopolis in the world. On the hotel front, the boom is just as impressive, with at least one new hotel opening every month, particularly in Lower Manhattan, which is literally rising from the ashes.
